KarolinaMy Babcia Karolina inspired the name for Karolina's Kitchen. I can remember her Cedar Shake farm house with a yellow coal/wood burning stove and her garden out back just north of the chicken coop, west of the hand pumped well. and yonder from where the outhouse sat. Her life and survival skills on the farm live within me today as I venture to share my love for the land. My cooking skill however, I have to believe were passed tom me from my Babu (maternal grandmother) who was a phenomenal cook as well as a seamstress and homemaker.
